A graduate of the University of New Brunswick Law School, Chipp has practiced law in the Fredericton area for over ten years. With a background in Business Administration, Chipp brings a wealth of practical experience to his clients. An experienced litgator, Chipp has appeared before the Provincial Court, Court of Queen's Bench - Trial, Probate & Family Divisions, and the New Brunswick Court of Appeal.
